Oil absorbent felt is a meltblown non-woven method of manufacturing polypropylene linoleum. It has the characteristics of high oil absorption, no deformation after absorbing full of oil, no loosening, easy to salvage and so on. It is widely used for oil removal from sea, harbours and lakes and for purification of sewage from factories and ships, especially for eliminating oil spills at sea.

Our 10 units of equipment have a daily production capacity of 3 tons of various types of oil absorbent felt, which can meet the needs of our customers.

Product characteristics.

1, has a strong oleophilic hydrophobic, only absorb the oil on the water surface and water, very little water.

2、It can be used for many kinds of oil and grease, and the oil is not easy to fall off after being adsorbed.

3、The oil can be absorbed instantly, and the oil absorption capacity can be more than 10 times of its own weight, and the oil holding rate can reach 80%.

4、The product is non-toxic and tasteless, does not pollute water products, and no toxic gas is produced by incineration.

5、It can be used repeatedly and kept for a long time without deterioration.

6、Melting point 165~170℃, use temperature below 120℃.

7、Oil-absorbing felt specification: 1.2×2.4m/ piece, general thickness 5mm, also can be made into 4-8mm thick oil-absorbing felt according to user requirements.

8、Packing: flat cloth packing: 20kg per pack. Heap weight ≈ 90kg/m3

9, P1 is suitable for adsorption of light oil and most lighter specific gravity, easily volatile chemical liquid goods.

10、P2 is suitable for adsorption of oil with higher viscosity.
